During the Tampa Bay Paralegal Association (TBPA) Luncheon on January 12, 2017, Paralegal Frank Steinbeck won the 50/50 raffle to benefit PACE Center for Girls (PACE). PACE provides girls and young women an opportunity for a better future through education, counseling, training and advocacy. Frank chose to donate his portion back to PACE so they received 100% of the raffle proceeds. On January 12, 2017, Paralegal Frank J. Steinbeck , as a regular part of his membership, attended the Tampa Bay Paralegal Association (TBPA) Luncheon which included a continuing education component titled “HIPAA: How does it apply outside of the Medical Institution?”. The TBPA’s mission includes establishing the standard of excellence in the paralegal profession through its work on issues of regulation, ethics, and education.
