Hillsborough County Collaborative Family Law Practice Administrative Order
On July 31, 2012, Administrative Order S-2012-041 was entered for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit for Hillsborough County, Florida, outlining the roles, responsibilities, and procedures for the collaborative practice of family law.
