Congratulations to each winner of the Tampa Bay Chamber‘s Tampa 2022 Small Business of the Year Awards, which were presented last month. Our very own Caroline Black Sikorske chaired the Small Business Awards Dinner Committee and presided as emcee at the event.
The awards recognize an outstanding leader, companies in three categories based on the number of employees, and a fourth business category honoring a startup company. Businesses are evaluated on financial success, community involvement, and ethical business practices.

This year’s Small Business of the Year Award winners are:

• 5–20 Employees: Fish Window Cleaning
• 21–50 Employees: Roger West Creative & Code
• 51–250 Employees: Iron EagleX
